September 15/24 The Lunar Series: Harvest Moon

Welcome to The Lunar Series! A monthly yoga class held during the onset of the full moon. This month we honor the Harvest moon.

Why honor the full moon?
The full Moon marks the halfway point between the Moon’s cycle. It is the end of the waxing phase and the beginning of the waning phase. This means that the seeds of intention planted during the new Moon have grown to their fullest potential. The Moon is in full bloom and is ready to begin its waning phase, where a ‘letting go’ process begins until the new Moon starts another fresh cycle.

Surrender to the energy of the full moon and and join us for a magical ritual designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit through the gentle practices of Yin Yoga, the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra, and the soothing vibrations of healing sound bowls.
