OUR TEAM
KATHLEEN BEVAN RMT
Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Owner
I started my career in the health and wellness world as a physio assistant when I was still just a teen, yearning to step more fully into my passion for helping people and looking for more freedom in life, I went on to become a Reiki practitioner in 2013 and a Registered Massage therapist in 2018. I truly love my job. Helping others to heal and feel their best truly fills my cup. I specialize in trigger point release and posture correction in my massage practice. I’ve been practicing yoga off and on for over 12 years, naturally yoga compliments my massage practice perfectly so I went on to take my 200hr YTT in 2020 with zero intentions of teaching classes. I went in with the intention of strengthening my own home practice and to help with offering rehabilitative movement for my massage clients. I fell in love with teaching and the creative expression in creating new classes. Yoga has been an integral part of my healing journey over the years. It’s always been a grounding practice that I’ve come back to when life gets overwhelming. It’s now a part of my everyday life and I love that I get to share my passion with others.

JULIE GRAY-MATIS

I found a passion for yoga, in what some may consider later in life. I have been inspired by so many local instructors who showed me yoga can be accessible, powerfully healing, and frankly fun while still building strength and increased mobility.
Using that inspiration and those teachings, my goal is to make your practice accessible, enjoyable, and unique to you.
