Shanti or shan·tih [shahn-tee]… Shanti (Sanskrit:शान्तिः) A deep and profound level of Inner peace. Being mentally and spiritually at peace, with enough knowledge and understanding to keep oneself strong in the face of discord or stress.
Traditionally the word shanti is chanted three times after om as it is invoking peace on three levels of consciousness: waking, dreaming and sleeping or to soothe and bring peace to the body, mind and spirit
Let this be a space where you come to find your inner peace. Find your inner peace through movement, awareness, growth, knowledge, and healing.
