Whatever it is that your mind and  body are seeking today, we have a class for you at Shanti Wellness Studio. We offer heated and non-heated classes and a mix of styles ranging from strength building to restorative or spiritually focused. Enjoy the benefits of a more intimate experience with smaller class sizes, led by one of our experienced instructors.

Good to know before your first visit:

BOOKING INFO

To secure your spot in class, we highly recommend booking in advance through our online system. This not only guarantees your reservation but also helps us avoid canceling classes due to low attendance. If a class needs to be canceled, you will receive an email notification.

You may cancel your reservation up to one hour before the class begins without penalty. However, please note that failure to cancel in time will result in a lost credit. We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early, as the doors will be locked promptly at the scheduled start time.

WHAT TO BRING & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

We kindly ask that you come prepared with a yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. If you ever forget your mat, don’t worry—we have a few available for you to borrow. Upon entering the studio, please remove your shoes and hang up your belongings. While you’re welcome to bring personal items into the yoga room, we kindly request that all electronics are set to silent. Once inside the yoga room, please maintain a quiet atmosphere to respect others’ practice.

We’re pleased to offer a range of amenities for our members, including a fully stocked shower with everything you might need to refresh before or after class. Feel free to make use of these amenities at your convenience.

HEAT LEVELS

⛅- NON-HEATED (70-76*F) Enjoy a class without the added intensity of heat.

🌞- WARM (78-88*F) Enough warmth to break and sweat and ease muscle tension without the sometimes, overwhelming intensity of a fully heated class. This is a great way to dip your toes into hot yoga.

 🔥- HOT (99-105*F) Boost endorphins and serotonin while you sweat it out in a fully heated class.

BALANCE

Enjoy a well-rounded class with a little of everything. Balance classes will have a mix of strength building and restorative poses, meditation, breathwork and even a bit of yoga philosophy here and there.

STRENGTH

These classes will focus more on building strength through physical movement, building heat and toning muscles.

RESTORE

Rest. stretch. restore. These classes will slow down to relax the nervous system, ease your muscles and restore physical and mental well-being.

KARMA

This is a great way to get to experience new instructors and different styles of yoga while supporting the community. This is a pay-what-you-can, cash donation class. Every month we will choose a new charity and 100% of proceeds will be donated. This class will cycle through different and sometimes brand new instructors and the style will always be the instructor’s choice. This is a WARM class and all levels accessible (suggested donation is $5).
