Joy Billette is an internationally recognized yoga and meditation teacher with over 500 hours of trauma-informed training and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Specializing in ancient yogic breathwork and philosophy, she teaches within the Adi Nath Shiv lineage, emphasizing the modern relevance of these time-honored practices.

As the creator of Ancient Future: Pranayama, a 10-hour facilitator training, Joy empowers students to integrate yogic principles into daily life. Her approach blends philosophy, nervous system regulation, intuitive self-discovery, and a touch of humor, creating workshops that are both grounding and transformative.
