Oriental Dance foundations for girls (ages 9- 16)
Build Confidence Through Movement
This weekly class introduces girls to the beautiful foundations of Oriental dance — gentle, expressive, and posture-strengthening movement that uplifts their sense of self.
What She’ll Learn:
- Foundational steps & posture techniques
- Coordination, balance & fluidity
- Self-expression through rhythm & music
- Cultural appreciation through movement
The Roots: Why This Dance Matters
Early exposure to these foundations empowers girls with body awareness, confidence, and the joy of dance — gifts that last a lifetime. This is more than movement — it’s ancient ritual. In Egypt, women were revered as the source of life. As girls came of age, they were introduced to dances that awakened the hips and womb — the seat of creation. Passed down for generations, these sacred movements evolved into what we now know as Oriental Dance. And today, we continue that legacy — not just for fitness, but for healing, joy, and reconnection.
Meet Your Guide: Ola
Just a woman who came from a world of rich culture and deep roots. I am Egyptian, but now I live in Canada — and I brought my ancestors’ rituals with me. I believe every woman should experience what it feels like to move from her feminine core, to feel powerful, sensual, and whole. I’m here to guide you through it. This is for you if you’re ready to:
• Build confidence and self-love
• Reduce anxiety, stress, and emotional heaviness
• Deepen your connection to your body and femininity
• Explore new movements and awaken new energy
• Be part of a safe, loving sisterhood
Come dance with me. Let’s awaken the goddess within.
