August 17/24: Learn Acupressure w/ Dr.Beth Yaworsky, ND
Join Dr. Beth Yaworsky, ND in this introductory workshop on the ancient healing art of acupressure. Acupressure uses gentle but firm finger pressure over key points on the surface of the skin to release muscular tension, promote circulation, and stimulate the bodies natural healing abilities. Learn how to relieve physical and emotional stress-related problems by incorporating points for relieving anxiety, backache, headache, shoulder tension, improve mental focus, and boost the immune system. Perfect protocols for your self care routine over the summer break! This 60 minute workshop includes earseeds to specific points that you can wear home as a reminder of point locations.

**We will be seated on the yoga room floor for this event. Please bring a yoga mat. If you’d like some added comfort, feel free to bring a cushion along as well.**
*We will provide chairs for anyone that is unable to sit on the floor.*
