The Breath Circle
The Breath Circle is a guided group breathwork and bodywork experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper connection to the body.
This session is a gentle journey inward, combining conscious connected breathing, intuitive hands-on bodywork, and supportive energy work to help release stored tension—physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
It’s an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and meet yourself with curiosity and care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply seeking more presence, this practice invites you to soften, feel, and return to your center—without pressure or force.
What to Expect in Your Session
Breath as the Guide
We begin with conscious connected breathing—a rhythmic, circular breath that gently quiets the thinking mind and allows access to deeper layers of awareness, release, and insight. This breathing pattern supports the body’s natural ability to process stress, emotional holding, and stagnant energy while working with the nervous system in a gradual, supportive way.
Bodywork for Release
Throughout the session, intuitive hands-on bodywork is offered (always with consent) to areas where tension, resistance, or emotion may be stored. Gentle pressure, myofascial release, and guided movement help the body soften and let go, allowing energy to move more freely.
Energywork for Balance
Breath is life force energy. As you breathe, supportive energy work helps clear blockages and restore balance, creating space for regulation, clarity, and integration.

Booking & Pricing
The Breath Circle appears on our regular class schedule, however it requires Breath Circle–specific passes and cannot be booked using regular yoga or Pilates passes.

- Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move freely in

All additional props are provided. Hands-on bodywork is always optional, and consent and choice are prioritized throughout the experience.
